The CRCNPB was invited to participate in a display of CRC achievements (Talking Points) as part of National Science Week festivities on Wednesday 17 August 2011. It was a great opportunity for the CRCNPB to “show off” one of its research projects to the Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research, Senator the Honourable Kim Carr, Opposition Shadow Minister for Innovation, Industry and Science, Sophie Mirabella MP and other invited politicians..

With limited resources and space allocated to each CRC, the CRCNPB displayed its remote microscope technology (as seen in the image with John Lovett below).
