Staff profile - Alejandra Cano

My name is Alejandra Cano and my role at CRC for National Plant Biosecurity is Administration Assistant.  

I am originally from Lima, Peru and the thing I miss the most is my extended family.  

Living in Canberra is good because it is more relaxed than other cities.  

My favourite or ideal holiday destination is Cairo, Egypt because seeing the pyramids is something I have always wanted to do in person.  

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  

My favourite movie is...I don't really have a favourite movie, but I enjoy movies that really make me laugh.  

At the moment I am not reading anything, but wouldn't mind reading the Underbelly books.

If money was no option, I would buy a house and pay off my car and I would also like to bring my family over to Australia for a visit.  

A quality I would most like to be remembered for is being kind and generous.
