Where's our brand been?

In the December edition of The Leaflet, we announced an inter-CRC competition to see which CRC could have its brand photographed in the most exotic and interesting location.

The initial response to the competition was great and I am hoping those who showed interest are still off soaking up the sun in some wonderful and exotic location, and will send through some amazing pictures soon.

Third Year Review

Regular readers of The Leaflet will recall that one of the big events in the life of our CRC, the ‘Third Year Review' (TYR), was scheduled for mid-December 2008. Preparations involved participants, program staff and leaders, management and the board. A board subcommittee, comprising John Irwin, Barry Windle and myself, with the CEO, participated in four teleconferences with the independent review panel prior to the formal meetings held at the University of Canberra on 16 and 17 December.

Look where our brand has been!

How far can our brand go?

  Inter-CRC branding logo

There's nothing quite like a bit of healthy competition among CRCs. While research activities vary, one thing we all have in common is our own identity or brand!

These holidays, people from across CRCs will be racing around the world with hats, shirts and even pens to find out 'How far can your brand go?' The idea is to see which CRC has its gear photographed in the most exotic and interesting place.
