Re-bid project structure
The Board have established a Participants Taskforce which consists or representatives from the grains industry, national agencies, state agencies, regulatory agencies, higher education sectors and the CRCNPB. In addition, we have a Program Taskforce which is responsible for developing the framework for the science program and projects, as well as a Core Team which is responsible for the overall project management and delivery of the re-bid.
Core Team
The Core Team is responsible for:
- managing the re-bid project
- providing strategic and policy advice
- developing the re-bid application, and
- submitting the re-bid application.

Participant Taskforce
The Participant Taskforce is nominated by the CRC NPB Ltd Board and is responsible for:
- developing the Participants framework
- engaging with and identifying end-users
- liaising with potential Participants, and
- obtaining commitment from potential Participants.
