Staff profile - Nick Langley

My name is Nick Langley and my roles at CRC for National Plant Biosecurity are both as the Business Manager and the Company Secretary.

I am originally from country NSW and the thing I miss the most is the lack of bureacracy.

Living in Canberra is a great compromise between country and city living.

My favourite or ideal holiday destination is South America because I just always wanted to go there.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing (guitar) and recording music.

My favourite movie is "Erasor Head" because it was the first really weird art house movie I ever saw and the image of animated "ready to cook" headless chickens marching around a room has never really left me.

At the moment I am reading a Doris Lessing book of short stories.

If money was no option, I would travel, travel and probably travel.

A quality I would most like to be remembered for is as a caring person - as specifically evidenced by my restraint in laughing at others disabilities.
